In short

Pawmess guides are digital and open instantly after payment. Because of that, purchases are final and can’t be refunded.

Your right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that starts right away, this right ends once access begins, but only if you agree to it first. At checkout you confirm this with the checkbox: “Yes, give me access right away. I understand that once my guide opens, I can’t cancel the purchase (I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal).” We repeat it in your confirmation email.

If something isn’t working

If you can’t log in, a page won’t load or you were charged twice, write to [email protected]. We’ll fix it, and if you were charged by mistake, we’ll refund the extra payment.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
